Restaurant POS: from order to kitchen to report
KLKBAT is a cloud point of sale built around how a restaurant actually runs: orders come from the counter or from delivery apps, land on the kitchen screen, and you follow sales and profit live from any device.
What a restaurant really needs from a POS
A restaurant is not an ordinary shop: every order goes through several steps, and a delay in any of them shows up in the customer experience. A fast invoice is not enough.
- A fast cashier that takes cash and card and prints the receipt without fuss.
- A kitchen display that shows cooks a clean queue instead of paper tickets.
- Delivery orders in one place, not one tablet per app.
- Sales, item and shift reports that show what earns money and what needs fixing.
- Staff permissions: cashiers sell, managers see reports, owners control everything.
How an order flows through KLKBAT
- The order is created at the POS, arrives from a connected delivery app, or comes from the digital menu.
- External orders reach Order acceptance to be accepted or rejected, then move to the kitchen.
- The kitchen prepares the order and marks it complete on the kitchen screen; it appears in the orders history.
- Tax is calculated, the receipt is printed, and the sale lands in the shift and daily reports.

Frequently asked questions
Does KLKBAT suit both small and large restaurants?
Yes. Start on the free Basic plan for a small restaurant or kiosk and move to higher plans as orders and staff grow, without changing systems.
Do I need dedicated cashier hardware?
No. It runs in any browser or on the mobile and Windows apps. If you want an all-in-one device, there is the Sunmi V3 with a built-in printer.
Does it receive Jahez and HungerStation orders?
Yes, through the integration apps in the in-app store, so orders reach Order acceptance and then the kitchen.
Can the kitchen screen be turned off?
Yes, in Settings. When off, POS sales complete immediately and appear in Orders, while menu and delivery orders still go through Order acceptance.
Is my data safe if the device fails?
Your data lives in the cloud, not on the device, so you sign in from another device and find everything as it was.
